Water Level Controller


This module consists of a process tank fitted with a two level sensors, reservoir tank with Miniature pumps to establish ON/OFF control of a water tank.

  • Transparent water tank to visualize the water level.
  • A Reservoir tank fitted with miniature pump for water pumping
  • Two high quality magnetic switches to detect 2 different levels of water tank
  • One AC solenoid valve provided at the outlet of process tank for disturbance

Density Based Traffic Light Control System


The Density basedTraffic light control trainer consists of a Traffic System represented in a panel with different color LEDs (RED&Green), All the Four Direction traffic is sensed by Proximity sensors. All the I/O termination mounted in a front panel to esaily interface with PLC.

  • This trainer provides the implementation of traffic light control system Through PLC.
  • Each direction One Proximity sensor is provided to sense the road traffic of the density
  • User flexibility to modify the ladder program
  • Powder coated metal cabinet with sticker in front panel .

Lift Control System


  • This trainer consist of 3 Floors lifts with a lead screw mechanism and LEDs components to study the concepts of LIFT function Demonstration.
  • A lead screw mechanism provided to move the elevator up/down vertically.
  • A 7Kg stepper motor provided to rotate the gear mechanism
  • A MOSFET based stepper motor driver provided to drive the motor.
  • 3 Nos. of Demand Request switch to simulate the user request.
