Two Wheeler Chesis Dinamometer


This hybrid Computerized Two wheeler chassis Dynamometer with Data Acquisition system can study the performance of all branded two wheelers like Hero Honda, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, etc. An air cooled eddy current dynamometer with controller provided to load the vehicle. This setup consists of Panel, Dynamometer, Chassis, Data Acquisition system to read and display the parameters.

  • The chassis consists of the Ramp, Power Roller for rear wheel
  • Calibrated CC Tube provided to measure the fuel consumption provided
  • 100 Kg load cell provided with a digital load indicator to indicate the Torque
  • A Proximity sensor provided with a digital speed indicator to indicate the speed of the vehicle
  • A fuel tank is provided
  • The surface is provided with better grip which is similar to that of the Road surface
